We recognize that circumstances may require changes to your plans. This policy explains how cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled for seminars and certificate programs offered through BecomeADataCatalyst.com.
Our goal is to provide a fair refund process while recognizing the administrative preparation and educational materials made available immediately upon registration.
1Registration Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@becomeadatacatalyst.com. The effective cancellation date is the date the request is received.
2Refund Eligibility
- Registrations cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing or transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
- Cancellations received after the first 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.
3Digital Educational Materials
Registration includes the participant's selection of one of four PDF books authored by Robert S. Seiner.
Why this policy?
The cancellation policy reflects the administrative effort involved in preparing seminar participation and the educational value delivered immediately through access to exclusive digital publications. Because digital materials cannot be returned once provided, they form part of the registration value.
4Registration Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another available seminar or substitute another participant, subject to availability and organizer approval.
5Organizer Cancellation
If a seminar is cancelled by Robert S. Seiner or KIK Consulting & Educational Services, participants may choose either:
- A full refund of registration fees paid.
- Transfer to another scheduled seminar.
The organizer is not responsible for airfare, lodging, travel expenses, or other incidental costs.
6Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your financial institution and payment provider.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (including Stripe) are non-refundable.
